Refund & Return Policy
Please Note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable once approved and printed.
1. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will provide a free replacement for the damaged items immediately.
2. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Once the design process has begun, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.
3. Sample Packs
Sample packs (not custom-made) can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging for a full refund of the product price.
