Terms & Conditions
By using JD Wedding Cards, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.
1. Design Approval
Printing will only commence after final written approval of the digital proofs. Any errors (spelling, dates, etc.) noticed after approval are the responsibility of the client.
2. Color Variance
Please note that screen colors may vary from printed colors due to different monitor calibrations and paper textures. A 10% variance in color intensity is considered normal in commercial printing.
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the design process. The remaining balance must be cleared before shipping.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of JD Wedding Cards and may not be reproduced without express permission.
