These terms govern your use of our website, custom print services, and online account. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to the conditions below.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and a design proof is approved where applicable. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled to our quality standards.
Digital proofs are provided for review before production. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for spelling, dates, names, and layout. Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and affect delivery timelines.
Production timelines begin after proof approval and cleared payment. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to finishing work, courier delays, or force majeure. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because most items are made to order, cancellations after production has started may not be eligible for a full refund. Defective or materially incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assess replacement or remedy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or attempt fraudulent transactions.
